Limited Product Range and Inconsistent Quality

I ordered cat food and accessories from Pets-dreams last month. While their website is easy to navigate and checkout was straightforward, the actual products disappointed me. The cat food arrived partially damaged, with spillage inside the packaging. Customer service took two weeks to respond to my complaint. The product range seems limited compared to other pet suppliers - they didn't have several items I was looking for. Additionally, the pet toys I received felt cheaper than expected for the price charged. Shipping was slow, taking nearly two weeks for standard delivery. On the positive side, prices are reasonable and the packaging was environmentally friendly. I won't be ordering again unless they improve their product quality and customer service responsiveness. There are better alternatives available that offer fresher stock and faster support.
