Paid for an Item That Never Arrived
I ordered and paid for a dog bed in May, but it still hasn't arrived. While two smaller items from my order were delivered, the dog bed never showed up. After contacting customer service several times, I was made to feel as though I was being dishonest. They repeatedly assured me that a replacement had been sent, yet I have still received nothing. At this point, I doubt it will ever arrive. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.
