Size Mismatch and Poor Fabric Quality

I ordered two dresses from Dressisi last month and was disappointed with the overall quality. The first dress arrived in a size that was noticeably smaller than the size chart indicated—approximately two sizes smaller than ordered. I had to contact customer support, and they offered an exchange but no expedited shipping to make up for the inconvenience.

The fabric quality is notably poor for the price point. The material felt thin and insubstantial, with visible loose threads along the seams. After just one wear, I noticed slight pilling forming on the surface. The colors looked different in person compared to the product photos—much duller than advertised.

On the positive side, the website design is modern and easy to navigate. Checkout was straightforward, and there was useful size guidance available. However, these positives don't compensate for receiving products that don't match descriptions.

The replacement dress arrived, but with the same issues—wrong sizing and subpar fabric. Their return process was tedious with no prepaid shipping label. I would not recommend Dressisi to others seeking quality clothing. The value for money is poor, and their sizing inconsistencies are frustrating. There are better alternatives available with similar styling but superior quality and customer service.
