Disappointing Quality and Slow Shipping
I was really excited to order from Preliminark after seeing all the positive reviews and unique product photos on their website, but my experience was unfortunately quite disappointing. I ordered a decorative spinning crown piece about a month ago, and while the concept seemed creative and fun in the product images, the reality didn't match my expectations at all.
First, the shipping time was excessive – it took over three and a half weeks for the item to arrive, despite paying for what was described as standard shipping. There was minimal tracking information provided, and when I contacted customer service about the delay, their response was generic and unhelpful. They simply told me to wait longer without providing any specific updates about my order's location or estimated arrival date.
When the item finally arrived, I was let down by the quality. The packaging was adequate, but the product itself felt cheaply made compared to the price I paid. The rotating mechanism that's supposed to be the main feature was stiff and didn't spin smoothly as advertised. The materials used felt flimsy and lightweight, giving the whole thing a toy-like quality rather than the decorative home accent I was hoping for. Additionally, the crown portion wobbled noticeably when placed on a flat surface.
For the price point they're charging, I expected much better craftsmanship and materials. While the design concept is interesting, the execution falls short. I wouldn't recommend Preliminark unless they significantly improve their product quality and shipping times.
