Disappointing quality and frustrating return process
I ordered a body shaper from Enjoyaitlife based on positive marketing, but the product arrived with significant quality issues. The material felt cheap and thin, completely different from the product description. The compression feature doesn't work as advertised—it provides no real shaping support whatsoever.
When I attempted to return the defective item within their return window, the process became incredibly frustrating. Customer service was unresponsive, and despite sending tracking information for the return, they refused to acknowledge receipt or process my refund. After weeks of back-and-forth emails, I never received my money back.
The website appearance is polished, but it masks serious operational problems. Their sizing chart appears inaccurate—multiple reviewers report receiving items that don't fit as described. Product photography also misrepresents what actually arrives.
While I appreciate they eventually responded to some emails, the lack of accountability and refusal to honor returns is unacceptable. The company seems more focused on sales than customer satisfaction.
