Poor quality materials and misleading product photos
I ordered a dress from Uflashion based on their appealing product photos, but the reality was disappointing. The website displays beautiful, high-quality images that suggest premium fabrics and tailoring. However, the actual item arrived made of thin plastic-like material that feels nothing like the wool or linen advertised.
The garment appeared cheap and flimsy compared to the photos. Seams were poorly finished, and the sizing ran significantly smaller than indicated on the size chart. Attempting to return the item proved frustrating - multiple unanswered emails to customer service and no response about refund procedures.
