Disappointing Service - High Prices and Slow Processing
I used ScoreBlue expecting a convenient online medication service, but my experience was disappointing overall. While they claim to be the "#1 rated" service, my actual encounter contradicted this claim significantly. The consultation process was slow, taking several days to get a response from their physicians.
The pricing structure is quite expensive compared to competitors. For a basic consultation and prescription, the costs were substantially higher than what I found elsewhere. Additionally, I wasn't convinced the quality of care justified the premium pricing.
The medication took longer than expected to process and ship. I was hoping for quick results, but the timeline didn't match their marketing promises. Their website is decent, but the actual service delivery lagged behind expectations.
