Good Coverage but Streaming Quality Could Be Better
PixelSport offers a decent selection of NFL, NHL, and NBA coverage, which is what drew me to subscribe. The variety of sports content and exclusive games are appealing features that justify checking out this streaming service. However, my experience hasn't been perfect overall.
The main issue I encountered is the streaming quality. Frequently, I experienced buffering during live games, especially during peak hours. While I have good internet connectivity, the streams often dropped from high definition to lower quality without explanation. This is frustrating when paying for premium sports streaming service.
The user interface is functional but could be more intuitive. Finding specific games or browsing scheduled matches requires several clicks. Customer support was helpful when I contacted them about technical issues, but solutions didn't permanently resolve the buffering problems.
The pricing is reasonable compared to traditional cable alternatives, and the absence of commercials during games is a huge plus. Availability of replays allows me to catch games I missed, which adds value.
