Mixed quality gift items but shipping took longer than expected

I'm giving Kilometeru.com a solid three stars because I'm genuinely on the fence about my experience. I was initially drawn in by their fantastic product photography, especially for a pair of wide leg jeans that looked absolutely perfect. The ordering process was smooth and the site is very user-friendly, which gave me high hopes for a great online shopping experience. My biggest disappointment, however, was the shipping time. It took nearly five weeks for the package to arrive, which is a long wait in today's e-commerce world. When the jeans finally got here, the product quality was just okay. The material felt much thinner than what was advertised, and the sizing was definitely a bit off, even after carefully checking the sizing chart before ordering. They weren't a total loss—I can still wear them around the house—but they certainly don't match the premium look from the photos. I reached out to customer service about the slow delivery, and their response was polite but didn't offer much in the way of a solution or compensation. If you're looking for fast shipping or high-end quality, you might want to look elsewhere. For the price, it's a passable purchase, but manage your expectations regarding the shipping time and the actual fabric quality.
