Disappointed with Quality and Shipping
I ordered a couch and some decorative items from Allalonga about six weeks ago, and unfortunately the experience has been quite disappointing. The website looked promising with nice product images and descriptions, so I placed a substantial order expecting good quality.
When the items arrived, I was immediately let down. The couch fabric felt cheap and flimsy compared to what the photos suggested. The stitching on the seams is already coming loose after just a few weeks of normal use. The decorative pieces were better, but some items arrived damaged.
Moreover, shipping took much longer than promised. I paid extra for expedited delivery, which was supposed to arrive in 7-10 days, but it took over three weeks. My attempts to contact customer service went unanswered for days. When I finally received a response, they were unhelpful and dismissive about the quality issues.
For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and service. I'm disappointed overall and won't be ordering from Allalonga again. There are better options available in this price range.
