Decent Selection but Slow Delivery and Poor Communication

Formerbeyond has a decent range of women's fashion and beauty products that are reasonably priced. The website is easy to navigate and browsing different categories is straightforward. I appreciated finding several trendy items in one place. However, my shopping experience was hampered by significant issues.

The main problem was delivery. I placed an order three weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived, despite the promised two-week delivery timeline. When I tried to contact customer service about the delay, responses were slow and unhelpful. They didn't provide tracking updates or any meaningful explanation.

The product quality seems fine when it does arrive, but the customer service experience really let me down. I won't be ordering again unless they significantly improve their shipping times and communication with customers. For the price, I'd expect better reliability and responsiveness.
