Great aesthetic but poor quality control

I ordered two crossbody bags from Allgetbags based on their nice designs and affordable pricing. While the bags arrived quickly and the overall look is appealing, the quality is disappointing. The stitching on the first bag came loose after just two weeks of use, and the zippers feel cheap and get stuck frequently. The handles started peeling and cracking after minimal use, which is particularly frustrating given the price point. Customer service responses were slow when I complained, and they offered no compensation or replacement options. The materials feel synthetic and lack durability. One positive note is that the selection is quite trendy and stylish, which is why I'm torn. However, quality and longevity should take priority over aesthetics. For the price, I'd expect better craftsmanship. I cannot recommend Allgetbags for anyone looking for bags that will last. Look elsewhere for better value and durability.
