Frequent Technical Issues and Slow Payouts Disappointing

Started using Lootcasher about three months ago and had initial hope, but my experience has been consistently frustrating. The platform concept is interesting, but execution falls short. I experienced multiple app crashes during gameplay sessions, losing progress and rewards in the process.

Payouts have been extremely slow. My first withdrawal request took nearly six weeks to process, and the minimum redemption amount is disappointingly high. Customer support responses are slow, often taking several days to hear back on issues.

The game selection is decent, but rewards feel inflated compared to actual payout values. I've earned what should be substantial amounts, yet the cash-out conversion rates are much lower than initially suggested. Several features promised in their marketing materials are missing from the actual app.

Unless they significantly improve reliability and payout speeds, I cannot recommend Lootcasher to others looking for a genuine side income platform.
