Good Selection But Activation Issues and Slow Support
I purchased several software keys from Mycodes24 last year and have had mixed results. Their product selection is genuinely impressive with Microsoft Office, Windows, Adobe, and gaming software available at reasonable prices. The website is easy to navigate, and checkout is straightforward.
However, my experience with product activation was problematic. Three out of five keys I purchased experienced issues during installation, requiring multiple attempts to activate properly. When I contacted customer support about the problems, responses were slow, sometimes taking over 48 hours.
Once I did get support responses, the team was helpful and eventually resolved the issues, though it consumed significant time on my end. The keys themselves appear to be legitimate, but the activation process could be smoother. Pricing is competitive, though I wish there were better documentation for troubleshooting common activation problems.
If Mycodes24 improved their support response times and provided clearer activation guidance, they'd be excellent. Currently, they're serviceable but frustrating for technical issues.
