Their product range is impressive with quality running gear from well-known brands at competitive prices. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it simple to find what I'm looking for. The items I've ordered have been authentic and well-made, which is reassuring for my investment. However, there are a couple of areas where they could improve. The delivery took longer than expected on my last order - it arrived about 5 days after the estimated window, which was slightly disappointing. Additionally, their customer service response time could be faster. I contacted them with a sizing question and waited nearly 24 hours for a reply, though the response itself was helpful. Overall, Mister Running is a reputable shop with good products and reasonable prices, but I'd rate them 3 stars because there's definitely room for improvement in delivery speed and customer support responsiveness.
