Average quality dresses but limited customer service

I purchased a party dress from Dearmollys about three months ago. The dress arrived in decent condition, and the style was attractive as shown on their website. However, the fabric quality was not as premium as I expected for the price point. The seams showed some fraying after the first wear, and the fit was slightly different than I anticipated. When I reached out to customer service about these issues, they were not particularly helpful. Their responses were brief and unhelpful, offering no real solutions or compensation. The dress is still wearable for casual events, but I wouldn't consider it an investment piece. The selection on their website is good, which is a plus, but the quality control and customer support need significant improvement. I would recommend shopping elsewhere if you're looking for high-quality formal wear, unless you're willing to take the risk on product quality.
