Luxury car accessories with significant quality control issues

I purchased a premium car seat cover from Longhoshop about six weeks ago for my luxury vehicle. The design looked attractive and promised high-quality materials, but the actual product fell significantly short of expectations. Upon arrival, the first issue I noticed was poor stitching with several loose threads along the seams. The material quality was not as premium as advertised - it felt thin and cheap compared to similar products from competitors. After just two weeks of regular use, the color started fading noticeably despite being stored in a garage. The fit was also problematic - it didn't align properly with my car's contours, leaving gaps and wrinkles. When I contacted customer service about these issues, their response was dismissive and unhelpful. The return process was complicated and took weeks to process. Given the high price point, I expected far better quality and customer service. I cannot recommend Longhoshop for car accessories given the poor craftsmanship and problematic customer support experience. Better alternatives exist for the same or lower prices.
