Decent collectibles but shipping delays are frustrating

I ordered several collectible figures from Towuniverse and was impressed by the quality of the items when they finally arrived. The figures were well-packaged and in excellent condition with no damage. The product selection is impressive, with many unique and hard-to-find collectibles available. However, my main complaint is the shipping process. My order took significantly longer to arrive than the estimated delivery time provided at checkout. I was told it would arrive within 10 business days, but it took almost three weeks. There was minimal communication about the delay, which made the wait more frustrating. The prices are competitive, and I found some items here that aren't available elsewhere. Customer service was eventually helpful when I inquired about the delay, though they couldn't explain the cause. Overall, Towuniverse has great products but needs to improve their shipping logistics and customer communication regarding delivery times.
