Useful platform but needs better support

I've been using Ecomerzpro as a freelancer for a few months and find the platform generally useful for finding projects and connecting with clients. The interface is straightforward and the project posting system is easy to navigate. However, the response time from customer support is quite slow - it took over a week to get answers to my technical questions. Payment processing works smoothly and transfers are reliable, though the fee structure could be more transparent upfront. The rating system helps filter quality clients, but I wish there were better verification processes for client credentials. Communication tools are basic but functional. Competition among freelancers is high, so rates tend to be lower than other platforms. Training resources are limited, making it harder to improve your profile quickly. Overall, it's a decent platform for finding consistent work, but improvements in support and client vetting would make it significantly better for service providers.
