Trial Works Well, But Paid Service Falls Short

I tested Worthystream based on promising reviews and was initially impressed. During the trial period, streaming was smooth, channels loaded quickly, and the interface was intuitive. However, once I subscribed and paid for service, the experience deteriorated significantly. Within days, channels began freezing and glitching, and many displayed incorrect programming. The service went offline for extended periods without any notification or explanation. When I contacted support about these issues, my tickets either went unanswered or received generic automated responses. This lack of responsive customer service is unacceptable for a paid IPTV provider. The channel lineup, while extensive on paper, didn't deliver the quality promised. Picture quality was inconsistent and buffering occurred frequently during peak hours. Most frustrating was when my subscription was terminated two weeks early without warning or refund. For the price paid, I expected better reliability and at minimum, professional customer support. There are other IPTV services available that deliver more consistent performance and responsive support. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Worthystream despite the appealing trial period.
