Decent Service But High Costs and Technical Issues

I subscribed to IPTVgreat about three months ago after reading the positive reviews. Setup was reasonably straightforward, taking maybe fifteen minutes. The service worked well initially with a good selection of channels and streams. However, my experience declined over time. Buffering became frequent, especially during peak hours, making it frustrating to watch live events. I contacted customer support multiple times about the technical issues. They responded within 24 hours but offered only generic suggestions that didn't resolve the problems. The subscription price increased unexpectedly after two months, adding to my frustration. Compared to competitors, IPTVgreat charges premium prices for what appears to be standard service quality. Some channels frequently went offline, and stream quality varied dramatically. The app crashed occasionally on my device, requiring restarts. On the positive side, the service does offer a large channel library and the interface is intuitive. Customer support is available and attempts to help. For casual viewing, it might work okay. However, for someone like me who watches regularly, the technical reliability issues and high pricing don't justify staying. I'm considering switching to cheaper alternatives that provide more stable streaming. If you value reliability above all else, look elsewhere before committing to a long-term subscription.
