Quality was decent for the price point. Product felt sturdy and met expectations. The overall experience was mixed. Positive aspects included product quality and selection variety. Negatives were shipping delays and lack of order tracking updates. Customer service didn't respond when I inquired about the shipping delay. For the price paid, I expected better communication. The product itself satisfied me, but ordering experience fell short. I'd shop here again if shipping improved. Reliable delivery timing would make this a strong choice for skaters. Currently, other retailers offer better service consistency.
