Good Products But Occasional Service Issues

I ordered groceries from Nanyshop twice over two months. The website is well-designed with easy browsing and filtering. Product selection is good with fresh items available. First order arrived on time with items in excellent condition. Packaging was secure and protective. Prices are competitive, sometimes offering deals. However, my second order had issues. One item was missing, and another was damaged. Customer service took three days responding about the missing item. They offered a refund but resolution felt slow. Product quality was generally good when items arrived correctly. The packaging is thoughtful with temperature control for perishables. Delivery timeframe is reliable when smooth. My main concern is their handling of problems. Faster response to issues would greatly improve satisfaction. For occasional grocery shopping, Nanyshop works adequately. But consistency in order accuracy and quick customer service response needs improvement. I'd use them again but with cautious expectations about occasional mishaps.
