Delayed Shipping and Product Issues
While JK Distro has some quality products, my recent experience was disappointing. My order took twice as long as promised to arrive. When it finally came, one item was damaged and the packaging was inadequate. Their customer service response was slow, taking over a week to acknowledge my complaint. For the price point, I expected better fulfillment standards and more responsive support.
