Frustrating experience with venue accuracy

I recently used this site to book tickets for a show I was really looking forward to in Minneapolis. The ordering process itself was relatively straightforward and I received a confirmation email almost immediately, which initially gave me some peace of mind. However, the experience went downhill from there. When I actually looked closer at the digital tickets that were delivered to my inbox about two days later, I realized the venue listed wasn't in Minneapolis at all, but was actually located in Chicago. I tried reaching out to their customer support team to clarify the discrepancy, but the interaction was quite slow and didn't really resolve the issue. It felt like I was talking to a wall at times. What was most frustrating was that I originally found them through a sponsored ad on Google, which led me to believe they were a localized ticket hub. On the positive side, the website's interface is clean and easy to navigate, but that doesn't make up for the lack of accuracy in the event listings. I’d recommend double-checking every single detail before you hit the purchase button here. I was hoping for a smooth local outing, but instead, I ended up with a logistical headache that could have been avoided with better transparency from their side.
