Misleading listings and poor communication
I ordered what I thought was a hardcover book but ended up with a digital download instead. The product listing wasn't clear about this being an ebook, which was frustrating after I'd already paid. When I contacted them about returning it, their response time was slow and they seemed unwilling to help. The book itself was fine content-wise, but the whole experience felt deceptive. For someone like me who specifically wants physical books, this was disappointing. I'd recommend checking the fine print carefully before ordering from here, or better yet, going with a more transparent retailer.
