Good selection but shipping needs improvement

I ordered a sports jersey from Fanssio and overall had a mostly positive experience with them. The item selection is excellent and prices are competitive compared to other fan gear stores. The jersey itself turned out to be good quality, with vibrant colors and solid stitching that matches the pictures reasonably well. However, there were a couple of concerns: the shipping took about two weeks instead of the estimated 5-7 days, which was longer than expected. When I emailed asking about the delay, it took several days to get a response. The tracking information also could have been more detailed. Customer service was eventually helpful but slower than ideal. I'd recommend ordering from Fanssio if you're patient with shipping timelines, but they should work on faster delivery and better communication.
