Good Service But Could Be Faster

I used AH Removals and Storage Ltd for my move from Brighton to London about 8 weeks ago. Overall, the experience was decent, though not perfect. The team was professional and courteous, handling my belongings with reasonable care throughout the process. Communication before the move was straightforward, and they provided a transparent quote with no hidden charges.

However, there were a few issues. The move took longer than expected - what was quoted as a 2-day job ended up taking closer to 3 days. The team did arrive on time, but the packing process was slower than anticipated, which pushed back our timeline. Additionally, a few minor items were damaged during transport, including a bookshelf corner and a lamp base. The company did address the damage claims, though the process took several weeks.

The pricing was fair and competitive compared to other quotes I received. If they could improve their efficiency and be more careful with certain items, this would be a strong 5-star service. For now, I'd recommend them, but I'd also suggest getting a buffer day in your schedule just in case.
