Delivery took forever and support was unhelpful

I recently purchased a small coffee machine from Courts Mammouth online, and while the product eventually arrived and works okay, the overall buying experience was quite frustrating. The website was easy enough to use, but once I hit the order button, things started going downhill. I received an initial confirmation, but then there was complete silence for nearly ten days. I had to call their customer service line multiple times before I finally got through to someone who could actually tell me where my order was.

When I did speak to a representative, they were rather dismissive and didn't seem to have a clear answer as to why my delivery was so delayed. The machine finally showed up two weeks after the promised date. The packaging was a bit battered, though thankfully the machine itself wasn't damaged. The quality of the coffee maker is decent for the price, but the stress of not knowing if I'd been scammed or if my money was lost made it a poor experience overall. They really need to improve their internal communication and provide better updates to customers. I probably won't be ordering from their online store again anytime soon.
