Mixed feelings on the quality and service

I ordered a couple of lingerie sets from Lacymate after seeing some of their ads online. My experience was a bit of a mixed bag, to be honest. The ordering process itself was fine, and I found the website fairly easy to navigate, though the checkout felt a bit slow at times.

The delivery took much longer than I anticipated, arriving about three weeks after I placed the order. The packaging was discrete, which I appreciated, but the items themselves didn't quite match the premium feel I was expecting from the photos. While the designs are lovely, the material feels a bit thin and the stitching on one of the pieces was a little loose in places.

I reached out to their customer support team to ask about their return policy, and while they did eventually get back to me, it took several days for a response. On the positive side, the sizing was quite accurate for me. I think they could really improve by being more transparent about shipping times and tightening up their quality control. It's a decent option if you're not in a rush, but keep your expectations realistic regarding the fabric quality.
