Mixed experience with creative products

I ordered a couple of graphic tees from their site after browsing through their collection online. The ordering process was straightforward and easy to navigate. Shipping took about two weeks to arrive, which wasn't bad overall. When the package arrived, the items were packed reasonably well with no visible damage. The designs on the shirts are actually quite nice and unique compared to what I find in regular stores. However, the print quality isn't what I expected for the price point. After a few washes, I noticed the colors began to fade noticeably. The fabric itself feels decent initially but doesn't maintain its softness after multiple wears. The sizing runs a bit larger than average, so I'd recommend ordering a size down if you purchase. Customer service took about 5 days to respond when I had a question about sizing. Overall, they have some good design ideas but the execution and durability could be significantly better for the cost.
