Mixed experience with processing, but decent coverage
I ordered a one-week temporary insurance policy for a road trip and the setup process was fairly straightforward. The quote came through quickly and I appreciated the online platform - everything was handled digitally which I preferred. However, I noticed the premium was slightly higher than I expected for the coverage level. When I needed to add a driver mid-week, customer support took nearly 24 hours to respond, which was frustrating. The actual coverage seemed solid and I didn't have any issues during my trip. Would have rated higher if the support response times were quicker. For basic temporary coverage, it works, but there's room for improvement on customer service responsiveness.
