Stylish designs but website experience needs improvement

I recently browsed the Giorgio Luciano collection because I was impressed by their designs on social media. The clothing itself looks very stylish and trendy, with interesting details and cuts that set it apart from typical fashion brands. However, my experience ordering from their website was frustrating. The checkout process was slow and confusing, and I encountered several glitches when trying to review my order before purchase. Customer communication has been slow—it took over a week to get a response about my shipping inquiry. The product itself is good quality and the fit is as advertised, which is positive. The design aesthetic is definitely appealing and unique. However, the website usability and customer service response times really need significant improvement. If Giorgio Luciano invested in streamlining their website and improving customer support, they would definitely get higher ratings. I'll likely shop with them again because the designs are worth it, but I hope these issues get addressed soon.
