Mixed Experience with Group Size Issues

I recently booked a European tour with Wingbuddy and had a somewhat mixed experience. On the positive side, the booking process was straightforward and the customer service team responded quickly to my questions via email. The itinerary was well-organized and the tour guides were knowledgeable about the destinations. However, I was disappointed with the group size. The company advertises a maximum of 16 people per group, but our tour had significantly more participants packed onto the bus and in accommodations. This made it crowded and less intimate than expected. The hotels were clean and adequate for the price point, but nothing luxurious. I felt the value proposition was fair, though I wish the group size constraint had been respected. The company itself is reliable and professional, but I recommend carefully confirming group size limits before booking to avoid my disappointment.
