Frustrating Technical Issues - Cannot Access Site
I needed to purchase concert tickets for an upcoming show and came across Valueutickets while comparing prices from different ticketing platforms. Their listings appeared in my search results with competitive pricing that seemed lower than major competitors, which initially caught my attention.
However, when I attempted to access their website to browse available tickets and complete my purchase, I was immediately met with a 500 Internal Server Error message. I thought it might be temporary maintenance, so I tried again a few hours later - same error. Over the next three days, I checked multiple times at different hours, but the website remained completely inaccessible.
I attempted to find contact information or social media accounts to inquire about when the site would be back up, but couldn't locate any active customer support channels. There's no way to reach them via email or phone that I could find, which is concerning for a business handling ticket purchases and customer payments.
For a ticketing service, having a non-functional website is unacceptable, especially when people are trying to secure event tickets that may sell out elsewhere. I ended up purchasing from a different platform to ensure I didn't miss out. Until they resolve these serious technical problems and establish proper customer communication, I'd recommend using more established ticketing services.
