Decent design but durability concerns

I purchased a large sun shade from Aliensunshade about 4 months ago for my backyard patio. Initially, I was happy with how it looked and the installation process was straightforward. The design aesthetic matches what was shown on their website quite well. However, after just a few months of regular use, I'm starting to see some wear and durability issues that concern me. The material shows signs of fading despite being in the shade most of the time, and I've noticed a couple of small tears developing along the seams. For the price I paid, I expected this to last much longer. The customer service was helpful when I ordered, but I've had trouble getting responses to my questions about warranty coverage. The structural support seems adequate so far, but I'm worried about how long it will actually last. I wish I had researched more thoroughly before purchasing. If durability improves, this could be a good product.
