Never touch this company!

Never deal with this company! They are absolute scammers. I ordered a product through Instagram and never received any confirmation or receipt of payment, except from PayPal. I tried contacting them after noticing the poor currency conversion from AUD to USD. There was no response until two days later, when they told me the product had already gone to the shipping company and advised me to wait until it arrived and return it if I wasn’t happy.

When it finally arrived three weeks later, it was a piece of plastic junk, not the natural wood tree I ordered. I tried contacting them again, but their website was blocked. I eventually reached them through a previous email, and the only compensation they offered was $5.

I will never order from this company again and strongly warn others to stay away.
