Frustrating refund process despite policy
I placed an order with Stylestock using their size guide, but the item I received didn’t match the fit they advertised. I reached out within the allowed return period, yet instead of issuing the refund as stated in their policy, they repeatedly requested additional “proof” through multiple emails. The process has been very slow and frustrating.
I’m sharing this to inform others that returning or getting a refund can be quite difficult, even when you carefully follow their stated policies.
