Poor video player and no refund support
The video player is extremely disappointing—very low frame rate, forced fullscreen mode, and flashing text every few seconds for copy protection. It looks nothing like what was shown in the preview videos. I contacted support for a refund just 20 minutes after subscribing, but they were completely unhelpful.
On top of that, some content is locked behind a higher subscription tier that costs twice as much, which isn’t made clear until after you’ve already subscribed.
Overall, these are very poor business practices. I strongly recommend staying away.
