Misleading Purchase and Subscription Scam
I believed I was making a legitimate one-time purchase through a Facebook offer, but later discovered that I had been charged for a subscription instead. I contacted the company multiple times to explain that this was part of a scam, but they refused to acknowledge the issue or issue a refund.
I have reported this matter to the FCA and notified my credit card provider. I strongly advise avoiding this company altogether.
