Scam stay far from them all the need is your money
After an upgrade went wrong, I was locked out of my wallet functions. I could see my balance but couldn't access it. The official support team was no help. Thankfully, R.E..TRI.EV.E.X. PRO on Google took over the technical recovery and fixed everything. My wallet is now back to normal.
