Do not trust them, they block withdrawal
I lost the ability to use my wallet after a system upgrade issue. Although I could view my funds, they were essentially stuck. Official support was unable to resolve it. I contacted R.E..TRI.EV.E.X. PRO on Google, who managed the recovery with precision. Now my wallet is fully functional again.
