Fraudulent Seller with Poor Refund Process
This company has been a terrible experience. I placed an order on December 1, 2025 (Order No. GO007194163), but it was canceled even though I had already paid the delivery charge. Nearly six months have passed, and I still haven't received my refund. I provided my bank details through customer support as requested, but despite communicating with representatives including Sara, Farooq, Hogun, and Annie, my refund has not been processed. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid Goshopright when shopping online.
