Wrong Item Sent and Poor Customer Response
I purchased a chain but received the wrong item, with a completely different thickness and length than what I ordered. Despite reaching out multiple times, the seller has not responded or offered any solution. I did not receive what I paid for, and the lack of customer support has been very disappointing. Overall, this experience has been frustrating and unacceptable.
