Questionable Tracking Data and Non-Existent Customer Support

I ordered a product online and was given a Tracking-hub tracking number to monitor my shipment. At first, I was relieved to have a way to track my package, but that relief quickly turned into frustration.

The tracking dashboard looks clean and professional. Entering the tracking number was easy and the interface seems functional enough. However, the tracking information provided was clearly inaccurate. My package supposedly moved through three different countries in a matter of hours, which made no logistical sense. When I tried to verify the tracking number with the actual courier service, they had no record of it in their system.

I reached out to customer support through their email address twice over a two-week period. I never received a single response. There is no phone number listed anywhere on the site. The lack of transparency about where they get their data and who runs the service is concerning.

Basic tracking updates may show up for some shipments, but the accuracy is highly questionable. I would strongly advise anyone receiving a Tracking-hub tracking number to verify it directly with the shipping carrier. Do not rely on this service for important deliveries.
