Misleading Shipping Info and Cheap Quality

I ordered a few dresses from Doclothes based on the nice product photos. The website looks professional and prices seem reasonable, so I gave it a try.

Big mistake. The items took nearly three weeks to arrive, not the 5-7 days advertised. When they finally showed up, the quality was terrible. The fabric felt cheap and rough, nothing like what was shown in the photos. The colors were completely different too - much duller in person. One dress didn't even fit despite me following their size chart.

To make things worse, I found out the company claims to be US-based but actually ships from China. The tracking info was confusing and showed impossible shipping routes.

I tried to return the items but customer service was unresponsive. I sent multiple emails and either got generic automated replies or no response at all.

Save your money and shop from a more reputable clothing retailer. The photos on this site are misleading and you'll likely be disappointed with what arrives.
