Unlicensed software
This company re-packages other companies' tools and uses pirated software. They pass this off as their own. Pricing is the same as the legitimate company. I specifically bought the VCDS Volkswagen software. They repackaged Ross-Tech parts (still branded Ross-Tech) and they give you a pirated copy of Ross-Tech's software. When you ask about refunds they respond then block your email.
