Agent handled my complex India itinerary well
Booked December flights to India through AirTripMaker and my adviser was patient while I changed dates three times. He compared carriers, flagged a connection risk I had missed, and issued e-tickets the same afternoon. Fares were competitive with what I found online but with a human to call when things go wrong, which proved useful when the airline rescheduled. Would use again for long-haul trips.
