Two months, no delivery, no refund
I ordered birthday gifts from KidzCountry two months ago and neither parcel has appeared. Tracking information was fabricated as far as I can tell, emails bounce back as undeliverable now, and the phone number on the site goes nowhere. Reading the other reviews here shows I am far from alone. I have filed chargebacks with my bank. Avoid this store completely, there are plenty of legitimate kids retailers.
