Cooperative team when my order had an issue
Part of my TopGardenGo delivery arrived with a cracked planter and their support handled it better than expected: photos via email, replacement dispatched within the week, no arguing. The plants themselves were healthy and well rooted on arrival, packaging kept soil spillage minimal. Response speed to messages was genuinely quick. Docked one star purely because the breakage happened in the first place, but the recovery was handled properly.
